Best training plan I've ever done! Alot of thought into how this is set up! 1 month in and 4kg of fat down and muscle strength and cardio gains noticeable.

This has been a great program so far! I'm starting the second cycle now (6 weeks in) and the training has been a great way to revisit conventional strength movements while conducting other training serials I wouldn't usually do. Everything has been quite challenging but not unachievable, and I have already noticed I've leaned out through my mid section and toned up in general. I look forward to final testing!
