Now available in a new and improved layout with updated programming, the T-3 Micro Performance Program is a streamlined version of our Tier 3 Performance Program for those in search of a physical edge without the luxury of an extended training period.

We took the Tier 3 Performance Program and condensed it down into an extremely efficient and effective 6-week training program. This was done to help you maximise your results and catapult your performance in a shorter time frame.

Designed to build a strong foundation for success, this 6 week online training program will help you prepare for the physical and mental demands of entry level training and testing into the military, law enforcement and fire fighting professions, or what we call the warrior professions.

Using functional, varied and science derived training methods, our goal is to prepare you both physically and mentally, ensuring your success and domination during entry level training and testing, securing your career in your chosen field.

      We have 2 fulfillment locations:

      1. San Diego, all US and Northern Hemisphere orders are dispatched from here using the www.warfighterathletic.com website. 

      2. New Zealand, all New Zealand and Australian orders are dispatched from here using the www.warfighterathletic.co.nz website. 

      If you want to go into the NZ HQ simply email the team at support@warfighterathletic.com and organize a time to drop by.

      The NZ HQ is located at 20 Tongariro Street, Paraparaumu, 5032 (inside 318 Fitness).

      Delays

      1. We will always work hard to get your order out the door in 1-2 business days, if you order on a Friday afternoon your order will not be dispatched until Monday.
      2. Shipping is a fickle beast! Your package from time to time may arrive late, we have no control over what the shipping company or your customs does with the package.
      3. If there is a delay, we will do everything in our power to find where your order is, remember if you pay for NON-TRACKED then you do not get tracking information and neither do we.

      Best workout program I have discovered

      I have tried alot of different prep programs and this mini is the best so far. Easy to understand, easy to scale, and it doesn't penalize missed days it incorporates make ups. It provides terminology and example workouts so I don't have to search the internet to understand what the program is asking. A definite recommend to anyone getting started or reloading from another program.

      I broke my femur while in the the Marine Corps, since I got out I've been trying to recover. I've only gotten a few days in to the micro T3, the work outs have been challenging yet doable. I'm looking forward to getting my strength and mental toughness back. It's a solid program.
