Black November Sale FAQ's

Our biggest sale of the year is live which is an exciting yet busy time. It is important to all of our team that you always have a great experience when shopping with us. On that note it is important to understand a few things about this time of year. 

Q: Will shipping times remain the same? 
A: We will always do our best to get your order out the door as fast as possible but you need to expect some delays this time a year. We will be processing a lot of orders and shipping companies will be under pressure with all of the sales. Please be patient. 

Q: Why won't the discount codes work? 
A: Given the large storewide discounts during our Black November Sale, all codes are turned off until after the sale. 

Q: Is there free shipping available? 
A: Yes. We are still a small veteran owned and operated company. To make this event profitable so we can continue to serve this community, we have to increase the free shipping threshold during the sale. 

Q: How do I get help with my order or choosing a product? 
A: Our team is here to help you during the sale but please be patient and expect longer reply times during Black November. Our best email is support@warfighterathletic.com

Q: Will I get a free gift with my order? 
A: Free gifts are limited so you want to get in quick. As long as you hit the thresholds for free gifts, they will be added to your cart automatically with no codes needed. 

Q: How do I process a return or exchange?
A: Due to the large discounts on all products there are no returns or exchanges for any items purchased during the Black November Sale.
