Weekly Warrior Workout 105

This weeks workout is a circuit straight out of the Military Mental Toughness Program. In the MMTP you will undergo a variety of training methods to constantly trick the body and to keep the mind sharp! 


10 Rounds: 1 Minute Stations

Station 1: Burpees

Station 2: Walking Lunge

Station 3: Russian Kettlebell Swing

Station 4: Push Ups

Station 5: Box Jumps
