Minutes 1- 9:

Odds – 15 cal row

Evens – 20 CTG Press Up Standard / Knee On Ground

Minutes 10-19:

Odds – 15 Cal Row

Evens – 15 Pull Up (perform as many strict reps as possible in one attempt, continue using kipping to complete remaining reps, if any)

Minutes 20-29:

Odds – 15 Cal Row

Evens – 6 Power Clean To Overhead 60kg / 45kg / 30kg
