20-25kg/45-55lbs Pack/Ruck walk over mixed terrain

Distance: 8km / 5 miles

Training Intensity: 180bpm minus your age. Stay within 10bpm of max HR eg. 180-30(age) = 150(max heart rate) 140-160 (within the 10bpm variation)
