Bronco Test

This is a shuttle run test for total time. Complete as follows:

  • Set cones or markers at 20m, 40m and 60m.
  • Perform Shuttles there and back to each distance to complete one set.
  • Complete 5 sets.
  • No rest between sets!

Standards

Excellent: 4:23 – 4:40

Good: 4:40 – 5:00

Average: 5:00 – 5:20
