Weekly Warrior Workout 127
This weeks workout comes from one of our members within our Facebook group, The Warfighter Athletic Warrior Athlete HQ. This one is going to hurt.
WORKOUT
The entire workout is to be completed wearing 10kgs of weight. This can be made carried in a back pack and or plate carrier.
4 Rounds
Round 1: 12 burpees - Run 4 km
Round 2: 24 burpees - Run 3 km
Round 3: 36 burpees - Run 2 km
Round 4: 48 burpees - Run 1 km
