5 Sets for time of:
100m Sprint (marked every 20m). Perform one hand release press up (down-Up) every 20m.
100m Pinch Grip Plate Carry 2x20kg/2x15kg | 2x15kg/2x10kg
50m Sled Pull 60kg/40kg
50m Barbell Carry (anyhow) 60kg/40kg | 50kg/30kg
3min Rest between sets.
*Wear armour or a weighted vest, minimum 10kg
