Conditioning 2

Warm up: 5 min cardio, light and steady

10 rounds for time
5 burpees
10 air squats
15 lunges
50m shuttle

Note: Add a weight vest if available, no more than 10kg.

With minimal equipment needed you have zero excuses to not hit this one!
